OakTech Solutions is a team of more than 5,000 engineers, data scientists, and delivery specialists, operating across seven countries: the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Singapore, and Israel. We work with Fortune 500 organizations in healthcare, defense, and financial services on engagements that involve sensitive data, regulated environments, or classified handling requirements.
We do not maintain a public client list or a portfolio of named case studies. That is not an oversight — it is a condition of the work. The sector examples on this site describe the type of problem we solve and the type of outcome we deliver, without identifying any client, contract, or system.
Every engagement is treated as confidential from the first conversation, whether or not a non-disclosure agreement has been signed yet. Our delivery teams are structured around the sensitivity of the data involved: separate environments, restricted access, and data-handling protocols appropriate to the sector — healthcare, defense, or financial services — before a single model is trained.
We do not publish security certifications or compliance badges on this website. This site exists primarily as a corporate reference point — for partners, banks, and institutions that need to confirm OakTech is a real, operating company — rather than as a sales channel. Certification and compliance documentation is shared directly with clients and regulators as part of contracting, under the appropriate agreements.
Discretion. Every engagement is confidential by default. We build for clients who cannot be named and outcomes that cannot be published.
Ethics & Integrity. We decline work that conflicts with our principles, regardless of the fee attached to it.
Value to Customers. We measure ourselves by the outcome our models produce in production, not the elegance of the architecture diagram.

Our U.S. operations are based out of a co-working presence in downtown San Jose, California, in the city's innovation district. Our UAE office sits within Jumeirah Lake Towers, part of Dubai's JLT free zone and one of the emirate's principal technology and finance clusters.
Beyond these two hub offices, OakTech Solutions has delivery teams operating in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Singapore, and Israel — seven countries in total.
